Art will manage all aspects of a a production's railroad requirements, from location and equipment scouting to for-camera railroad operations. He is a certified locomotive Engineer, Conductor and Locomotive Engineer Supervisor (aka: Road Foreman of Engines). Miller recently retired as a safety, training and regulatory compliance manager for a major shortline railroad group, overseeing operating crew qualification and certification for more than 100 railroad Conductors and Engineers. Art is now devoting his professional efforts to the film and entertainment production industry and to expert witness work.
