Full service catering company that was started in 1982 by Fred Gabrielli in Houston TX. The company has catered well over 400 films and T.V. series along with four half time Super Bowl Shows.As far as myself, I started with Tomkats Catering here in Nashville in 1990. I worked at Starwood Ampitheater working music concerts and location music videos. My first feature was "A League of Their Own," followed by numerous other shows around the country. After Tomkats, I worked for Maxwell Catering also on Nashville Television series . My credits include "Nashville" S1-S6 124 episodes, Taylor Swift 1989 Tour, CMT And CMA Award Shows 2012-2019, "Tell Me A Story" S2, "Empire" Part of S3-S6.I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute Of America
