Alan McKenna is a freelance video/film producer and line producer based in his hometown of Nashville, TN.After his degree in television production from M.T.S.U., Alan immediately started to hone his skills leading production management teams on the sets of high-profile country music videos over several years that included stars Reba McIntyre, Toby Keith, Pam Tillis, Alan Jackson, Marty Stuart, Tracy Lawrence and many others.Alan's career also had extensive stops along the way with two advertising agencies acting as Creative Director, Senior Producer, and Brand Manager. He worked exclusively as lead Writer/Producer/Director with many clients nation-wide involving various productions including commercials, promos, and long form content. During this time, he was also a screenwriting instructor for Watkins College in the Continuing Educations Department while serving on the board of the Tennessee Screenwriting Association.Alan produced three major projects for production company, Uproar Pictures; television pilot "Wrestling Amateur Kaos," the psychological horror feature film, "The Odds," and the demonic-possession horror, "Gates of Flesh" released in 2025.More recently, Alan produced / line produced the feature film, "Without Prejudice" starring David Arquette, Rachelle Lefevre and David Mazouz, slated for a 2027 release. He is also set to produce/line produce the film "Execution Game" in Los Angeles with principal photography beginning in the summer of 2026. In 2024, Alan co-produced and line produced the civil war feature film "The Legend of Van Dorn" to be released in 2026.Over the past few years, Alan started a successful business designing TV and Film pitch decks along with constructing first-draft film budgets and schedules for numerous A-list filmmakers and production companies across the globe.
