Hello!My name is Aaron Simpson; I'm a local TN filmmaker and screenwriter with a background in Major Motion Picture Production.I graduated from Belmont University in 2020 with a degree in Film with an emphasis on screenwriting. During my time, I was able to pick up an internship at AFI's Women's Directing Workshop where I worked on two shorts with the AD and Art departments as well as with local filmmakers.Afterwards, I broke into the Georgia film industry as an Office Assistant with Netflix and continued to do so with other companies like Marvel, Disney, and Sony until 2025.In my time in the industry, my biggest takeaway was learning to wear multiple hats and being preemptive.
