Cynthia Mangrum is a senior production legal and contracts executive with 20+ years of experience supporting live events, music-driven productions, and television. She spent over two decades at Paramount Global/CMT, most recently as Vice President, Business & Legal Affairs – Contracts Management, where she led contracts across large-scale live shows, specials, events, and music programming.
Today, Cynthia works directly with producers and production teams to handle the contract side of production so creatives can stay focused on the work. She drafts and negotiates production services agreements, vendor and crew deals, equipment rentals, location agreements, talent agreements, releases, licenses, and MSAs/SOWs, and brings deep experience in rights and music-related agreements for performance and artist participation.
Based in Nashville, Cynthia regularly supports fast-moving shows, live broadcasts, festivals, specials, events, and music-centric projects. She is known for being practical, responsive, and easy to work with, bringing a collaborative, solutions-first approach to every project.
